I'm pretty sure the person who gave you this images isn't the company that actually owns Battlefiled (BTW I dunno which company actually owns the game).
Anyway, you need to add a disclaimer clearly stating that you do not own any copyright fro this images and clearly state that this images are copyright/property of the respective company.

The copyright has to be claimed by the company, not the game itself, also, I'm not sure but it is highly possible that the Battlefield name is also a trademark, I know squat about games so perhaps another user more proficient on it can take a look.
