Hey Guys,
I wanna add Reputation system in which only admin can rep another player and player will not be able to rep anyone. so from where can i get it ?? and i also need help to remove this ( selected part of image ):

well, the column looks like a column/blocks in a portal system...... so just turn off the blocks.
