My registration page has stop working

Please i need help urgently!
i notice that three days ago my registration page has stop working. it says

"Template Parse Error!
It seems something has gone sour on the forum with the template system. This problem should only be temporary, so please come back later and try again. If you continue to see this message, please contact the administrator.

You can also try refreshing this page. "

please i seriously need your help for fixing this problem. if anybody can help... thanks

Thinking this should be in 2.x Support, but that's not important right now. What mods have you installed recently? I have to assume that something has gone wrong with Themes/default/Register.template.php
