lost my screen format

I had a nice format for the screen that allowed easy navigation, and have lost it... can't find how to return to it?   Can anyone help me?

You haven't given us much to go off, but I suspect that what you've done is hit the >> and hidden your sidebar.  If so then clicking the << top right below your search box will bring it back.
