I wasn't getting busy messages... a lot of the reception towers inside toronto were literally down due to power shortages... After about 6 hours into it was when I started getting busy messages on my cell.

Alex Rolko:
Well here in mississauga it was black but several of my friends cell's worked fine all thursday night.
