Ight i just ran a backup for database
i didnt delete anything from the database and i just imported the new one

Ight now i get this error

and i used this back up manual and backed up my  phpMyAdmin only

The timeout's down to your host, I'm afraid.

php.ini needs to be edited and only your host an do that.

Actually, that's not 100% true, coz I can edit mine.

But, that's pretty unusual. ;)

This is not related to SMF, as the error occured in one of the phpMyAdmin libraries :)
Contact your host about it.
