Did you install any mod recently? Maybe just before the forum disappeared?
What was the last thing you did?

global header mod for adsense and some seo mods

    SMFPacks SEO Mod,  Add Stars to Profile  last mod

I feel your problem is a file permission or an htaccess problem.
Are you using any custom htaccess in your forum directory or in any parent directory?
If so, try to delete them.
