Board Moderation bug

mageguild:
2 boards are showing the (!) icon indicating that there is something to be moderated, however there is nothing in the to moderate. 

More recently, I made a post and for some reason, that post said that it required Moderation in order to appear on the site.  However, another post I made in the same board didn't require moderation. 

Has anyone ever seen this or know how to resolve it?

Yes, I am running the standard Level 1 caching settings.
