I'm looking for this... A way so that if a user submits a thread/post with a link in it, that it would wait under a moderator approves it before it is live.

even if my question is the same as the OP? I want exactly what he asked for. I just wanted to re-use a thread instead of a creating a new one, but I understand how necroposting a 3 year old thread should be discouraged.
