Resizing Logo? Not getting smaller

So I go into "Theme Options and Preferences", and in

Logo image URL:
(leave blank to show forum name or default logo.)


I put in the link to my logo. It is too big. So I make the file smaller in photoshop and re-upload it to my photobucket and then insert the link to the smaller file into Logo image URL:


Even though the link now points to a smaller photo, the size on my SMF forum doesn't change at all. I'm not sure what to do and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Also, try doing a hard refresh in your browser (control/F5 in Windows)
