I Can't Remove Or Modify Posts?
kbwarriors:
Forum: www kbwarriors com/forums/
Version: 2.0.2
The Problem: When ever I try to remove a post, it's giving me "Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again."
I have logged out, logged back in, I have used CCleaner to completely clean any tracks of cookies/cache and still no change.
Error Log: Every time it does this, it's giving me this in the Error Log

It's unfortunately a bug in SMF 2.0.2. Check this for a temporary solution:

I've done the suggested fix for the SMF code (which is changing some settings in the load.php)
I've replaced '~^[A-Za-z0-9]{16,32}$~' with '~^[A-Za-z0-9,-]{16,32}$~' as necessary and the forum still works with the new Load.php updated but still gives me that error.
However, I can't seem to find the php.ini file anywhere. I did an entire directory search (not just the root) in Filezilla and I apparently do not have a php.ini.

It'll be in an area on the server that you don't have access to.
Ask your host if they would amend that line for you.

Alright, well I've contacted Host Gator, he asked me where to put it and I told him it was for the forums so he said "done".
I then logged out, closed out the browser, ran CCleaner again, loaded it back up and finally logged in. Alas, it still isn't working =(
When I click on "Remove Message" the confirmation box pops up, I click yes, it then loads the error page. Here's the interesting part. While on that error page.. I'm not logged in.. BUT.. if I click on Forum or any other link, I will be logged in?
EDIT: I'm attaching the php.ini file to make sure he did it right. I'm not sure what else to even try, this happened randomly and suddenly.
