[Unknown]:
It says unknown action.  Why is this not self explanatory?  It doesn't know!!!

Example:
index.php?action=ugabugaWEEE

It should say... what?  It has no idea what that action means, so it says "Unknown Action".

I could go to your forum right now, and type any action I wanted and you would see that.

Basically, "unknown action" means that they're doing something you can't access, such as viewing a charter-member-only page, doing something in the admin center, etc.
