HTML posting help

I am able to post HTML in my forums, but my members cannot.

I have basic HTML selected as being allowed and all BBC code is selected to work.  When one of my Global Moderators tries to input it, it just erases it.  He can't even type the letters HTML in the shoutbox or in any posts.

Any help please?

That's intentional for security reasons.

Raw HTML posting is a very dangerous security issue unless you're an administrator. What were you hoping for your moderators etc. to be able to post?

My site is a gaming site for sports video games where we run leagues.

I wanted to allow them to post some tables they created that are HTML.

Arantor:
There *is* a table bbc equivalent, but it doesn't have the elegant formatting that you could give it through HTML.

But there's no safe way to write raw HTML in SMF.
