Our forum is in Maintenance Mode from last 3 days can anyone suggest when this issues will be resolve.

Be in maintenance mode isn't an error... just remove the maintenance check in the admin panel and that's it...

Didnt u turn it down to maintenance mode?
Go to admin>configuration>server settings and then disable it
