Can't install

The Balrog:
I downloaded the zip file on the top, now how do I install the file. Do i just upload it? :D
I have Windows XP

Grudge:
Unzip the file on your computer, and then upload all the files to where you want your forum to be. Then using your browser fun install.php in that directory.

A full installation guide is available in a "General English Support" board (pinned to the top of the board)
