Upgarde hepl needed

I have 1.0 beta 4.1. I have downloaded the latest version but cannot find any installation guides/tutorials/instructions. How do I do the upgrade?

Download the upgrade package from the downloads page, upload all the files and run upgrade.php.

it says beta4 but its essentially the same.

Thanks. Thats it done. Simple enough to do. Got a couple of little probs, but should be able to solve them.
