It might be best to track down the theme's author and ask them about this as they will know how it's been put together.

Some things like the margins or padding around areas can probably be changed by edits of the css for the element. Inspect the element with something like Firefox's Firebug add on to see what in the index.css in the theme's css folder is driving it.

As for moving things like the login pull downs, you will have a greater challenge as that will be formatted both by the css but also the SMF templates and you'd probably have to unpick both of those.

already i tried inspect element method thru google chrome but i cant find tat and also i will request abt this in the theme author forum thx for ur info
