Help: install warning error

Hi

I use AppServ2.3 in windows2000.
During the installation, everything worked well.
Then I open the URL, and got the log in window, but
also got the warning error on the top:

Warning: ob_start(): output handler 'ob_gzhandler' cannot be used after 'mb_output_handler' in f:\web\bbs\smf\index.php on line 98

(I put the smf system in the f:\web\bbs\smf\ directory)
Can anybody help?
