Board Specific Banner

Hey all, I apologize if this is an answered Q, I've searched but can't find what I'm looking for. Currently running SMF 1.1.16. I want to add a static banner to a specific board. Basically, I created a vendor section and want their banner to be up top but only when visiting that particular board. Any help would be appreciated. For reference, I want the below pic clickable to their website. (The pic would be the banner)
