how to insert flash video to forum?

xvideos,redtube,xhamster etc links as embedded code?

doesnt work as it works only for admin
there is no other way for the members to embed such codes?
also i want to intorduce chat in my forum
and it should not be redirect,page refreshes,chat must not refresh

also as i was a newbie to smf
pls suggest me some neccessary and helpful packages for our smf forum 2.02
