Pointless. And I still get impressed with IE and Bing, those things are dead, but Microsoft still insists on developing them, and the worst part is that they never think about improving stuff, they just think about design.

its windows7 into a new interface more for touch screens actually... they want make money anyway... throw your new pc out of the window and buy new one more resources tho windows boxes and sucking more memory out of that box... microsft ways to let you pay for something  not needed actually better switch to linux... but need for some games a window kernel that sucks.... other wise i was widly using linux ;)

There are a bunch of underlying improvements, but the interface changes are the most visible, of course.
