Are bug fixes in latest download

Having nearly decided to give V2 a go for a new forum, I was checking out the bug reports and see many have been resolved, fixed or have a woraround.

Are these fixes already included in the files if I download the lastest beta version today, as many say fixed but dont give th ecode to fix them yet some do?

Or do I have to install those fixes manually if I come across the problem, until some other release.

They latest fixes are NOT contained within the 'SMF 2.0 Beta 3 Public' which you download.
The fixes are done in the 'Development' version which will become Beta 4 (orwhatever its called).
