I cannot install ajaxchat

Hi

I'm using SMF 1.1.16 and I'm trying to install ajaxchat.

I can upload the mod, but when I click install, the browser take some much time to finish the operation,
and it cannot finish at all.

so, I have installed a new forum , just for testing, and I have installed 1.1.16 version,
I have installed the ajaxchat in a second.

so, which problem may I have into my old forum that I cannot install the chat?

there is something that I need to change or setup?

Do both sites have the same host?

As this is related to a mod, you'll probably get better support in the mod's support topic.

I'm not sure about this. So, I MAY be typing rubbish.

But, do both sites have the same php.ini settings?

If the max upload time is less, that might result in timeouts.

That's a pure, uneducated guess, though, and you'll probably need to ask your host about that.

oldforum is installed to
www.website1.com/forum

the new one, the forum for testing is installed here
www.website1.com/forumtest

so, I think the setup for php.ini is the same,

but maybe you can tell me that I should have 2 php.ini
