get into settings.php and set maintenance to 0 instead of 1

strangley it was set to 0 already but i re uploaded the file and its now working, thank you
However I now have another problem!

No idea what im supposed to do about that , ive googled it but get nothing :( can anyone help ????

it looks like you didn't upload all the files, try to repeat the whole procedure and run upgrade again
