Who Receives Report to Moderator Emails

There is a way of extending the list of users to receive such notifications; I achieve it by editing the SendTopic.php file and including certain members in the array of those deemed as moderators, to whom the notification is sent.

OK, so there is no way to do this via the admin interface?  I thought there was?

Do i need to make the user a moderator for certain boards?

Yup, the list of people who receive moderation report all have to actually be moderators, as it checks who has moderator permission and sends it to them.

Then it seems logical that you wouldn't want them to have access to these reports...
