I'd like to have one of my topics duplicated on another of my sites.

eg say I have a topic entitled 'Biggles' and I have another site which has a Biggles Page - on a different domain.
How can I include the Biggles topic within my other site - without all the header stuff that's on the original forum?

No. The 'copied' one can be just read only.

Off the top of my head you would need to write a script to connect to the database from your other domain to pull the selected posts to the page. It's custom work and outside the remit of mods as it's not within SMF.
