How to get bold names?

How could I make some groups name automatically bold. So like if your on the online list you appear bold to everyone but I want it for certain groups.

I'm currently using: SMF 2.0.2

I've tried searching how to make usernames bold on SMF.

Not without some complex coding.

You see, bold and italic are already used in the online list as it is (bold for people who you've set up as buddies, italics for people who are hidden)
