Your first question... I'm afraid I don't understand. :(

The second one... Well, the colours are all defined in the theme's "index.css" file, which is in the theme's "css" directory. It has a lot of comments, in it. So, finding the section you want should be fairly easy.

Be aware, though, that the colours are in Hex. format.

The first question is that they want the post editor to come up in WYSIWYG mode without having to manually click the button. Each user should be able to select this in their profile ("Show WYSIWYG editor on post page by default."). I don't think there's a way to force it on everyone, unless you go directly into the database and change the appropriate field for everyone. I would advise not doing that, as many users hate WYSIWYG.
