I think you'd need to ask over at vBulletin - the converters made here are, as far as I know, only for x -> SMF conversion.

Cos they only help people with licenses, and I haven't bought it till I know for sure, that's why I asked here, I'm sure somebody here has converted so I asked if they were successful.

Fustrate:
Not many people are gonna pay for vB, switch to it, and then hang around here to answer ;)
 
And if they won't answer your simple customer service question until you buy their product, what kind of service do you think you'll get once you buy it? ;)
