Private Message doesn't always pop up

Hi,

One of our admins, has said to me, that there private message popup does not always work.
They leave the site open, but when changing pages, it doesn't always pop up.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't work.
Any ideas.

That is actually a very nice mod that I was not aware of. Just installed this on my private forum.
