Is this a dedicated server or shared host. If it is a dedicated server, what spec is the server and what else runs on the server? If it is a shared host post a link to the hosts site the package you are on

The Average number of users you have online during peak time and over what time period that is over, e.g 400 users over 15 mins.
A list of mods which you have installed
Do you still have performance issues if you use the default theme?

i just installed eaccelerator which i dont know if i did the right way. but it makes an improvement.
i read some topics here that it needs to be converted to innodb, i saw some tables in the phpadmin some of it are innodb some are myisam.

the other admin on the forum told me that it was not the theme which cause the problem. this admin is on vacation so i was left with nothing and not so much knowledge in this field. i dont know how and where to start with this server. everytime the server is down, technician from iweb keeps on hard rebooting and this last reboot they charged me with addtl fee just for rebooting the server. they are telling me that the only solution with this is to add memory to the server.

thanks for the reply, regularly they are sending me logs of this running out of memory and need to check the daily process log and i should do something about it which is i dont know how to do. at first i did ask about this logs from them, but they want me to pay every hour of checking all this logs, so i did not continue on letting me check because instead of me paying $100 it will be doubled or tripled because of their $75/hr charge.
its ok for me to add memory if that is really the solution for this, i just want to have a second opinion not knowing the first one was from the host itself and i think what they are up to is just gaining money.

Your host sounds like a bit of a cowboy, to me...
The only mod that COULD cause any hassles, is AEVA, if everyone's watching vids at the same time, or something.
In Admin>Server settings, under "Cookies and Sessions", do you have "Use database driven sessions" checked?
If not, trying checking it and see how that goes.

actually i just installed AEVA yesterday and only staff has an access on it since im letting them test that mod and it has one album with a 3 videos from youtube embed in it.
the use database driven sessions was already checked so i dont need to changed it.
