Disable emails in 2.0.2

can i disable anywhere in settings the email sending ?
i will that my forum is just on pm,s not emails

like here on smf for example i didnt see the Email button i just see View profile and PM

Well, the email button is only available when an email is added to the profile. Would you like to remove the ability for users to view other users emails?

Please navigate to Admin -> Configuration -> Security and Moderation -> General

Deselect "allow viewable email addresses".
