That has to hold a record for the most boards I've seen in quite awhile!  Thank god SMF will be able to help with keeping that organized!  :)

In the themes directory edit the color settings in the "style.css" and the "index.php" (don't forget to save the files before you modify them). There are some additional color entries in the database as well.
