Is there any place where one could download a command list for the template system and there modifiers?
If not is anyone working on compiling one?

I will be compiling a list of things that will be in the context soon, but I'm not sure what you mean by "commands".

Function usage is kept to a minimum because I deemed it too complicated; the templates are really very simple PHP ;).

I used the word command very loosely. I was actually talking about function calls and the like.
I will just wait for the list you are compiling. I am sure it will be sufficient.
