RSS feed for "Top topics by replies"

Hi all,

I've asked in a different board whether there is an RSS available for "top topics by replies".  I've seen SSI.php functions that are available, so I'm assuming that an RSS feed could be created with a bit of programming.

Are there any mods which do this already?

There are RSS Mods, but nothing that I am aware of that will just do "top topics" you can do RSS by board and categories.
