Oh sorry didnt see that one, the language files are located here but Vietnamese isint tranlated yet, I suppose it will be done eventually.

Yes Owdy basically answered your question, but I'll explain fast.
You need to translate the language files, meaning only tranlate the english word and leave the coding as is, as for the images, they need to be tranlated, but that job is saved for andrea.
Just send him the tranlation (if he doesnt have it already), so open a word pad and write like this:
home=(home word in Vietnamese)
search= (search word in Vietnamese)
And so on.
And sent it to andrea with a message.
If you want to test part of the tranlated files just add those language files to the language folder of your default folder (along with the english ones) and then go to "Profile" and you should be able to change your language there and see how its coming on. :d
