It's probably bacause you are using portugese language I think, can you describe more the problem?

The tag doesn't work and there's nothing in the current theme panel :(
Could you please make a portuguese version?

The theme-dependent files are:
languages/index.english.php
languages/Themes.english.php
Settings.template.php
style.css
I understand that you don't get any new entry in current theme panel if Settings.template.php is redefined in apollo. But the spoilers should be rendered anyway.
Edit: Just tried and installed apollo on my test-forum, and it works fine
Edit2: Tried with portugese and are confirming that the messages are not shown, this is because portugese is overriding the english words...

if i select the "hover" option, the message that appears on the spoiler is "click to show hide".
check for your self:
