COPY a post/sticky to other boards?

Hi,
tried uploading that new file to 'my theme' directory and also to the default theme directory but it does not change the look on the forum.  I have tried F5 refreshing page, emptied out logs and deleted browsing history etc  - is there something else I should do to get this new php page to take effect?

Just checked it in 1.1.15 and works fine.  Should work if you uploaded it to /Themes/MyTheme/.  Does it change the default theme?  Try a different browser.
