SMF Forum error after Sofaculous upgrade

I updated a clients forum through Sofaculous to 2.0.2 and now can't access the forum at all.

I have this error showing Unknown column 'add_deny' in 'field list''

Hostforweb won't give any support.

Any help would be much appreciated.

you need a full version of SMF not a Sofaculous version wich breaks things... use our large upgrade package for the version you use now.

run our upgrade.php and its must be oke to be converted to the real smf without limits !

Don't just overwrite the files, run Upgrade.php.

Upgrading (or, in this case, restoring)
