How to make shoutbox visible?

I'm using SMFPACKS shoutbox for 2.0 and i saved it all etc, but i'm having trouble actually making the shoutbox appear.

How do i make it visible?

Not knowing how the mod works I am guessing it may be permissions related.

Did the mod install correctly?

Yes, it installed correctly.

If there is a back end to it in settings did you make sure to enable it in there?
