Chatbox and admin panel problems

I installed Nchat on my forum then when everytime I typed and press enter, nothing appears. Meaning you cannot chat on the chatbox. And another problem my members are allowed to access our admin panel. They may mess something up in the admin panel. Help me here. :D Need reply ASAP.

On your first issue: have you tried using a different browser? Also, if you're using Firefox with an addon like NoScript, you might want to either disable it temporarily or add your site to the whitelist. :)

Second issue: Could you post a screenshot of your permission settings for your regular users?

First issue: I don't have an addon like that. I already tried Google Chrome.

Second Issue: I cannot provide any screenshot now because I cannot access my forum and I don't know why. Help me fix it. Need reply ASAP. Thanks

Well, have you tried another browser like Opera or Firefox? Sometimes it's just a small issue that could be fixed by using a different browser. :)

And on your second issue - what was the last thing you did on your forum as an admin?

Can you provide a link to your forum so we can try to take a look?  The only way members would be able to access your admin panel would be if you buggered up the permissions.  It sounds like you may need to revert to a backup, before you added the Nchat.
