Making a new page [help]

So I know how to add a button on my forum to a new page and link it wherever I want, but theres a problem. I only know how to make pages out of html or php and post stuff on there. Instead, I want to make a page on the website itself. For example, instead of having my content here : http://forgesoft.org/fsc.html

I want my content here:



I know there's portal mods that do this. But im having problems with my ftp, which it requires. Plus itd be nice to experiment around and learn by myself. Thanks

Sorry but what you desire would involve substantial recoding and is not something that can be dealt with in this board.

The easiest option really would be to get your ftp access working and install a portal of choice.
