Forum Appearance has changed to something wierd

Not sure what is going on. I'm use Firefox as my browser. Today for some reason my Forum has no formatting to it. I don't know if it's my browser or what is going on. I'm new to SMF. I'm using version 2.0.2. Did I screw something up  :o

What did you change?

css is not being loaded, my guess it's because of 1) you have used incompatible theme or 2) you moved the forum to a new place and forgot to update themes paths in admin panel

Nothing I was browsing the forum and refreshing the page when all the formatting went away. ?? It appears normal in IE, so maybe my Firefox has gotten corrupted. However this forum appears normal using Firefox browser.
