Forum Profile problem

I guess I didn't upload it all the way, or something.
When a user goes to User Settings -> Forum Profile it says "404" error.
Which means it's not there. ;S What would I have to reupload?

Before you do anything else, it might be worth checking your file permissions.

Try going to Admin>Packages>File permissions and setting that to "Standard".

Found it.

It won't change.. It stays on Restricted.

Is there like, a folder that holds the Forum Settings that I can try to reupload or?
Because I just moved from vBulletin, my license ran out so I moved to SMF :O
