Personal Message Auto Responder

This modification will allow the users to set a custom message and turn on an auto responder for their personal messages.  When the auto responder is on it will send a PM back to the original sender letting them know that the user is not available for an extended period.  A copy of this message with be in the user's PM outbox.

Please Note that this mod will only change the default templates.

If I find the time I might make a 1.0.5 version.  However there were quite a bit of changes made in the PM system since then.
