Password to Server on site - FTP Problem?

My forum keeps asking for a password to the FTP server every time someone visits. How do I turn this off? It seems that it might be trying to access to source files instead of the address (or something). Even if I login, using my UN/PW for my registered user account, it still forces me (and others) to an ftp password. I'm not quite sure what the problem is but it is holding me up from launching my site. Could this be a permissions issue, or maybe a setting in my admin section that is wrong?

Any help would rock on this.

UPDATE: I have figured out that the problem is with the main logo at the top of the page. For some reason, in smf admin, it is pulling from the ftp site instead of the regular website. Why is it doing this? Is there a specific folder I should put this logo into?

UPDATE: I fixed it! This case is closed.
