Customizing SMF > Graphics and Templates

Template / Button policies?

HEB XI 1:
I KNOW it's been answered before in this board, but it's scattered all over in replies to other posts ... so if someone can just officially post the current policy on templates and buttons here I think it would be appreciated by more than just me :)

My specific question:  I know that themes are not allowed to be distributed right now ... but  if I create buttons from scratch, and have the .psd's etc ... are they also not allowed to be distributed at this time?

If you create the buttons, you can do whatever you want with them. They just don't want you re-distributing stuff that isn't yours.
