Flashing Icon for the Chat Button in Default Theme Ver 2.0.2

I got help for this in version 1.1.1 back in 2007, see thread here  http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=198058.msg3342512#new

So this worked wonderful for me until last week when I ugraded to SMF 2.0.2.

Is there anyone who can tell me how I can integrate the flashy icon to my chat button again as before? I assume this would go into the Subs.php file

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
