Add Banner above forum - Core 2.0.2

I couldn't figure it out for the life of me, so I added an iframe with my banner above it and it seems to work perfectly

Hi,

I have a similar issue... I am using the following theme

http://custom.simplemachines.org/themes/index.php?lemma=2576

There is a banner on the top right side as you can see... When I set a link under the "Banner Code" parameter in Admin>themes and layout...., I only get the link as is on the top right side of the forum.

I would appreciate your help... My website is
