Hello rajupatel and welcome to sm.org,

the subject does not accept bbcode, if you want to make it bold you have to change the css or the template.
If you want to change the appearance of the "message index" (e.g. this page) you have to edit the file MessageIndex.template.php that you can find in the directory Themes/default/.
